i dont know how to start with this at all.
i may seem like im ignorant, im out of this whole picture and that i dont know what you are talking about but. im aware that this has been going on for quite awhile already. i know what you are referring to, some if not all. cause nobody knows everything. not even the greatest people in the world, lest you and me. you dont go around acting like you know everything, when in actual fact you dont.
and you have to understand that, we dont do something cause we like to and that we find pleasure in doing that. we dont and we wont want to if we had a choice. everything comes with a reason. if you pull up your socks and play your part well, no one has the right to say anything about you at all. to be cliche, we're doing all these for your sake. it's not a way to get back at you because we ain't pleased with whatever that you did or worst still, do something to you cause we cant stand the sight of you. that would be ridiculous. we have a responsibility to pull up your standards, it has been slipping like godknowswhat. they know this and so do we. it seems like it's been at its lowest these years. plus we've all went through this before, we all survived so i dont see a reason why. everyone has to go through these in this journey, it's just whether you want to spend a quarter of this journey complaining, battling, showing disrespect and hurling vulgaraties at us or make good use of it, treasuring the time you have left, understanding the rationale behind what we do, before it's gone. and at the end of the day, it's all these so called totures that moulds your squad into a more bonded and stronger squad.

well, i guess this is all i can say and what we can do, as for the rest, it's up to you.
